Dealing with Stress (and personal update)

Hey Guys!

So... I am back!

Apologies for the long disappearance. I gradually got really busy with uni life, exams, jobs and other personal issues that now have resolved.

Back to business...

Being in my final year of uni and managing the couple of jobs I have, stress does get to me every now and then.

What is the correct or perfect way to deal with that?
No one knows... It is a big mystery but we have our own ways to deal with stress.

I can say that I am definitely not the only person who gets stressed, everyone does in fact! Whether it is more or less than usual, everyone experience it at some point in their lives. I have asked around how they deal with stressful times.

So... these are the following tips I personally follow and tips gathered from my lovelies:

For relaxation:

- Take warm soothing baths using your favourite bath bombs

- Use your best face mask (making sure it suits your skin; refer back to my face mask post)
- Naps
- Chill out in the evening

Food wise:

- Chocolate
- Eat well
- Water/hydration

Faithfulness:
- Pray
- Think of life when stress will be over
- Cry
- Talking to friends and listening to their advice (not faithfulness but helpful)

Leisure:
- Reading
- Going out with friends
- Shopping
- Play games
- Music
- Spend time with children
- Hobbies and interests
- Physical exertion/exercise

Taking actions:
- Daily goals
- Forcing to sit down and take responsible action
- Sort it out

Medical help:
- Antidepressants
*one thing to note with this is that they take a minimum of 4 weeks till they start working inside your brain due to the physiological changes that need to occur inside the cells in your body, hence do not worry or overdose if they are not effective initially and in any doubt consult your GP or doctor.

I have been away for quite a while and I did receive a lot of your messages to come back with the posts and despite a lot of attempts, it was really hard to come back.

I will not promise or guarantee weekly posts but I will attempt to do regular posts.

Thank you so much for taking the time out to read my content and many more to come in the future, promise!

Yours,

Nafiza
